In short:
- We help individuals and businesses wishing to set up or expand their operations in the Middle East and Africa.
- We help UHNW individuals with immigration issues.
- We advise governments and government entities on strategies for attracting investment, including setting up free zones and opening commercially-orientated consulates in target countries.
- We do this by listening to a client’s needs, analysing the issues and proposing a framework solution. That often involves bringing in others from our extensive network to provide help with a client’s requirements.
- We keep our core team small – they are the point of contact, there to understand the client’s needs and coordinate the next steps. We then create a bespoke team for each project – with the client only needing a single point of contact.
We do not seek to replicate what many local professional services firms are already offering. We are not a CSP (corporate services provider) which incorporates companies. If setting up a company is part of the mandate, we will refer a client to one of our partners. Similarly, we bring in tax, accounting, construction, educational, financial and many other advisers from our network on an as-needed basis. We are agnostic in our choice of professionals and are happy to give clients a choice of different firms, or work with those already selected by our client. This includes working with our clients’ preferred law firms.
