What We Do

“I want to set up a factory in Saudi Arabia”

“I would like to create a sporting federation to promote my passion”

“I’m expanding into Africa and am looking for some key local partners”

“I’m looking at setting up a secondary school in Abu Dhabi. Who can help me talk to the relevant authorities?”

“Where is the best place in the UAE to set up my new facility?”

“My CEO has been asked to set up a presence in Qatar. What’s the best way to proceed?”

“Please can you assist with an immigration issue?”

“My company cannot move funds out of its African subsidiary due to hard currency shortages at the Central Bank. Can you assist with finding a solution?”

These are a few of the questions our clients have asked us.

In short:

We do not seek to replicate what many local professional services firms are already offering. We are not a CSP (corporate services provider) which incorporates companies. If setting up a company is part of the mandate, we will refer a client to one of our partners. Similarly, we bring in tax, accounting, construction, educational, financial and many other advisers from our network on an as-needed basis. We are agnostic in our choice of professionals and are happy to give clients a choice of different firms, or work with those already selected by our client. This includes working with our clients’ preferred law firms.
